Service was great, but the food was very disappointing for the price. We ordered 2 mac and cheese, one truffle cauliflower and one beef brisket. The mac and cheese had no flavour, that we had to add BBQ sauce and salt. Poor value for money.

I paid about 17£ for a salad with a tuna steak, the steak was so small, ridiculous, it was just a rip off.
About 8-9£ for 5 small chicken wings, seriously?

I’ve visited Hucks at several Center Parcs locations over the years, but this recent experience was nothing short of appalling. The food quality has taken a significant dive, and the service was mediocre at best. The only redeeming factor remains the play area and family-friendly setup, which is still convenient for a family meal.
What we ordered:
Chicken Burger: A major disappointment. The grilled chicken was dry, served in an untoasted brioche bun with a yellow sauce that tasted generic and unidentifiable—possibly mayo. The portion of coleslaw on the side was minuscule, dry, and seemed to have been sitting out for a while. It was clearly mass-produced and lacked freshness.
Philly Cheesesteak: Far from a true Philly cheesesteak. It came in a part-baked supermarket-style roll with thinly sliced roast beef. The overall quality was subpar, and the accompanying coleslaw was the same uninspiring, dry mess.
Kids' Meals: Equally disappointing. The chicken nuggets were of very poor quality, the baked beans were cold, and while the chips were passable, they were nothing to write home about.
Service:
The service was friendly but ultimately it was slow, and to top it off, the bill was incorrect. This added frustration to an already underwhelming experience.
Overall, Hucks has lost the standard of quality we used to enjoy. For the prices charged, we expected far better. It’s hard to justify returning after such a poor experience.

Fantastic service from Zac 👌. The burgers we had were absolutely spot-on and would highly recommend the cauliflower wings 😍. We were going to Rajinda Pradesh for an Indian meal but glad we ventured into Huck's.

We ordered some takeaway tonight, at elveden forest. we usually LOVE this place. it’s great. Tonight, We ordered at 6:30 and was told it would get here between 7:45-8. we didn’t mind waiting even though we were starving. It arrived at 8:15, it was freezing cold, the chips were stone cold and mushy. The burger was in a really soggy bun, slapped together quickly. The mac n cheese was cold, and pretty average. all round disappointing for a £35 meal. Highly advise you eat in and don’t get the takeaway, it isn’t worth it.

Came here on the first evening on our stay!
The food was okay, not grate.
A meal was missed off the list
So by the time we were done, the last dish came out cold.
We had to keep chasing for the service!
No apologies for the delay on food! This was probably the most annoying part...

A bit pricey, ended up paying £60 for 2 burgers and 2 cocktails, but the £10 deposit we paid when we booked brought it down to £50, food was really good (highly recommend the Blue Cheese Melt) Chips were good, then only bad thing was the coleslaw needed a bit more sauce, didn’t get dessert, but the Strawberry daiquiri is the best tasting cocktail I’ve had, also there was 2 birthdays, some guy called Mathew (Didn’t hear the other guys name, sorry but happy birthday anyway) 4.5/5

We had a wonderful night at Hucks bar and grill, food was great, staff were friendly and approachable, specifically Sam who was our waiter for the evening. Nothing was too much for him and he’s a real asset to the restaurant! I hope this message finds him and he is well praised. THANK YOU SAM

Really great service, the staff are super friendly and engaging. The atmosphere is nice, super clean and light.
The food isn’t the best, it’s ok but the ingredients used appear quite cheap, the burger was ok, just a cheap burger patty, for £19 I would expect a lot more, the same as a proper burger restaurant. The ribs didn’t have a great deal of flavour and the portion was small, for £23 again I would expect a lot kore.The self serve ice cream was incredible though!
I wouldn’t rush back there.

Visited a couple of days ago and had a lovely waiter named Tate. Very attentive and friendly and even took an interest in what my son was playing on his ipad. I always think more of staff when the kids are acknowledged. He was really professional. I opted for the wings (crispy and really tasty) and the nachos. I couldnt eat it all but was really good. Kids meal was nice too. Will def visit again when we return to centerparcs.

Ordered delivery service. Kids cheese burger and chips were both cold and the burger was like cardboard. Also ordered 2 x adult chicken ceasar salads. The chicken was dry and hard to cut.
Kids pasta and meatballs okay.
Would not order from here again!

Service was poor, the food was average and it was overpriced.
I have to say our server was lovely but the restaurant was clearly understaffed so she just couldn't get to all the tables in good time. Some of the food was cold as It took so long to get to us and in the case of my ice cream it was actually melted due to being warm.
I wouldn't eat here again next time I stay at Center Parcs unless I see it's improved greatly.

This was our first time here and we were both equally blown away. Food was fantastic and the service was even better. There’s a large variety of food and drinks and seemed to have a good childrens menu too. The actual restaurant itself is very clean and well laid out and they even have a play area for children. We were served by Ben who was amazing and brought a great energy to the place! Prices seemed slightly expensive at first glance but with the portion sizes you receive, it’s definitely worth it, we left feeling very full without the large price tag being attached to it.

The servers were lovely. We had the cowboy chili burger and the Mexican chicken burger which were both good and the chips were seasoned beautifully. Even though the strawberry lemonade is only on the kids menu they made a full size one for me which was amazing and we highly recommend the peanut butter stack which was delicious and had many textures.

We didn't think it had much atmosphere, was fairly busy.
I ordered the chicken burger. The "chicken" was about 3mm thick. I don't call that a chicken burger. The chips were quite spicy. Some of the meals were OK. Nothing to rave about. Waitress was friendly.

This is a very very good restaurant, only let down by the wait for food. The portions are very large and the quality excellent. Starters came almost immediately but the mains took for ages. I wouldn't mind if the restaurant was busy but it wasn't. It a shame as it would have been perfect others. Prices are reasonable and the menu is good. Excellent Gluten Free options too. I recommend the ribs. There are excellent childrens play areas for all ages. This place is child friendly but doesnt detract if you don't have kids.

The inferno hot wings were just ridiculously hot to the point it made my vision go funny. Fortunately for us, our server was very kind and offered to swap them for the barbecue wings free of charge. Happy days overall, nice staff.
Be careful of hot wings! I like lots of spice and that was just to much, it’s actually put me off ordering hot stuff while eating out lol

First time visit here and was blown away, good is great. Portions are decent, great value for money. I have never heard of Hucks before be absolutely cannot wait to go back one day. Service is good and very attentive too

We went for the brunch with santa experience. It was the best experience of this type I have been to. We were served by Ben, who you could see loved his job and was so interactive with our daughter. Food was good, unfortunately our main food was cold but it tasted nice. This let the meal aspect down. The pastry stack was amazing! The magicians put their all into the experience and even had me believing as an adult. The elves were super involved and had us all getting involved including skipping through the restaurant. Thank you for such an amazing time.
